Hate Story 4 1st Day Box Office Collection

Bollywood movie ‘Hate Story 4’ received good response from audiences on first day of its release. The Hindi language film registered a business of Rs 3.76 crore on opening day. Directed by Vishal Pandya, the fourth installment in ‘Hate Story’ film series opened to 20% occupancy in the cinema halls on Friday. The erotic thriller movie witnessed average theatre occupancy in morning, noon and evening shows.

Featuring Karan Vahi and Urvashi Rautela in the lead cast, the latest Bollywood film witnessed box office clash with adjacently released Hindi movies ‘3 Storeys’ and ‘Dil Junglee’. Both Hindi movies failed to impress a major chunk of audience in theatres. Featuring Richa Chadda, Sharman Joshi and Pulkit Samrat in the main roles, ‘3 Storeys’ registered a business of Rs 0.3 crore on opening day. Taapsee Pannu starrer ‘Dil Junglee’ minted Rs 0.35 crore income on day 1.

First installment in ‘Hate Story’ film series was released worldwide in year 2012. The Bollywood movie collected Rs 16.43 crore total box office income in one month. 2nd part of the movie was released in year 2014. The Hindi language erotic film recorded a business of Rs 31.06 crore in one month. Third part of the film, which was released in year 2015, made a total business of Rs 55 crore at worldwide box office.

Trade analysts have predicted that box office collection of the fourth part of ‘Hate Story’ movie will surpass Rs 20 crore mark by the end of first week. The romantic thriller film is expected to witness hike in the theatre occupancy on Saturday. If the film manages to attract a good number of audience on day 2, total box office collection of the film is expected to cross Rs 8 crore mark in two days. Latest box office numbers are awaited.
