The Indian film is expected to earn up to Rs 6 crore on day 2 at Bollywood Box Office.

Releasing worldwide on 2308 screens, the romantic offering received a good response from people in central part of India. As Varun has a huge fan following in north Indian states, his latest Hindi movie gained positive feedback from the audiences. Receiving mixed reviews from the critics, the Bollywood film showcased decent performance at India’s box office. In overseas, the Hindi movie witnessed box office clashes with the latest Hollywood movies.

Though Varun has been a consistent performer in his all movies, his performance in ‘October’ film doesn’t seem to have impressed Indian audience to a greater extent. His previous film ‘Judwaa 2’ was the most successful movie of his career. Varun had played double roles in that movie which also starred Jacqueline Fernandez and Taaspee Pannu in the main roles. The multi-starrer comedy film had earned Rs 227.74 crore total worldwide collection in one month.

Varun’s another film ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ too was one of the highest grossing films of year 2017. Directed by well-known Indian filmmaker Shashank Khaitan, the Hindi offering had collected an amount of Rs 14.75 crore on 2nd day of release. Varun’s latest movie ‘October’ has showcased comparatively poor performance at India’s box office on opening day. The multi-starrer Hindi film is expected to grow in its business in the weekend days. Latest box office numbers are awaited.
